A little more in every workout.
More context. Closer controls. A clearer view of your training.
Some days you have an hour. Some days you have twenty minutes and a pair of dumbbells. Your next session should have room for both.
The latest Somatic updates bring more of your training into the picture. And make the details easier to reach.
A plan that fits.
Soma starts with your recent work, available Health context, and an optional soreness check-in. Build a session from there, or customize the intent, time, equipment, and focus. Swap a movement. Try another plan. Choose the one that fits today.
Suggestions are checked by the local planner. Apple Intelligence can select among strength options when available. Both happen on your iPhone.
Your workout. Close at hand.
Strength Live Activities keep your current set, rest timer, and timed-set controls on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Cardio brings its own pause and resume controls. Outdoor auto-pause takes care of stops along the way.
During a strength session, Soma can suggest another movement or a compatible superset. You decide what to add.
The work, in perspective.
Summary brings together rolling highlights, seven-day muscle load, and your session history. Choose what you see and put it in your preferred order. Open a movement for its history, instructions, and your own notes.
Arrange your session cards into sections. Share a workout or a whole section by link. The recipient reviews the prescription in Somatic before starting. A shared link carries its own content, so choose who you send it to.
One purchase. More to come.
Somatic is $3.99 USD. Strength and cardio are available today. Yoga and meditation are in development, and the price will increase as they arrive. Existing purchasers receive those updates at no extra cost.
A readiness estimate adds context; it does not measure recovery or decide whether you should train harder. Your judgment remains part of every session.
Private by default. No account. No subscription. Get Somatic on the App Store.
